    About Us:

    Neolytica, a QPharma company, is a leading provider of SaaS-based KOL (Key Opinion Leader) mapping platforms for the pharmaceutical industry. We are a passionate team working at the forefront of the healthcare marketing industry, and we are searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

    About the Role

    In this results-oriented role, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market share growth for Neolytica. You will be responsible for a broad range of marketing activities, including:

    • Content Marketing: Develop and manage content marketing strategy across various channels, including website content, blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.
    • Social Media Marketing: Manage Neolytica's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. This includes developing and implementing a social media strategy, creating engaging content, and growing our social media following.
    • Website Management: Oversee the content and functionality of the Neolytica website. This may include working with web developers to ensure the site is up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising: Develop and manage SEM/paid advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the Neolytica website. This may include working with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote Neolytica's products and services.
    • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools. You will use these insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
    • Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

    We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
    • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Strong understanding of content marketing, social media marketing, SEM/paid advertising, and email marketing
    • Keen eye for design
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Data-driven approach to marketing with a focus on ROI
    • Passion for the healthcare marketing industry
