Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Electroforming and Hard chrome Plating Technician at LEGENDS INDIA. located in BHIWADI, (RAJASTHAN) AND JATOLA (HARYANA) INDIA. The Electroforming Technician will be responsible for performing electroforming and HARD CHROME Plating processes to create NICKEL Screens for the company's advanced, high-precision products. The Electroforming Technician will also ensure the quality and integrity of the finished product, maintain the equipment and work environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the process and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
· Graduate or equivalent. Additional technical education or certification is a plus.
· Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with electroforming and Hard Chrome Plating processes in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience in operating and maintaining equipment such as electroforming systems, Hard Chrome plating chemical management systems, and related instrumentation like Rectifiers, Heating ovens.
· Experience in the testing and maintenance of plating bath chemistries for Nickel and Copper desired.
· Requires experience in the use of personal protective equipment and care with proper handling of chemicals.
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as a team.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
· Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality systems is a plus.
· Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
