    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Design and create templates for various technical documents.

    2. Edit manuals and other technical documentation authored by fellow technical writers.

    3. Uphold high editorial standards across all content outputs through meticulous edits and proofreading.

    4. Take ownership of projects throughout the entire creative life-cycle, from inception to deployment.

    5. Develop, write, and revise software documentation in multiple formats, including user guides, installation guides, configuration documents, and API documentation.

    6. Actively engage in product usage to enhance product knowledge whenever possible.

    7. Conduct self-reviews to ensure consistent style, correct grammar, and cohesive language composition.

    8. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively communicate complex subjects to a diverse audience.

    9. Participate in user testing, gather feedback, and refine documentation and user guides for optimal usability.

    10. Write advertising copy for various channels, including social media ads, emails, and website landing pages.

    11. Develop advertising copies tailored for Google ads, Facebook ads, ads, etc., ensuring high conversion rates.

    12. Conduct thorough research to craft effective and relevant copy.

    13. Translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

    14. Deliver post-sales content for online documentation.

    15. Lead and mentor other technical writers on the team, providing assistance with project scheduling and management.
