    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    The EDG Contractual Staff is responsible for designing, delivering and supporting enterprise digital master data management (MDM) solutions, to support Kimberly-Clark's global and enterprise digital master data requirements covering analytical as well as operational MDM solutions.

    We are seeking engineers that build real-world applications on top of our platforms to help us solve our customers' domain-specific problems.

    EDG Contractual Staff should be effective at linking the architectural vision with the business vision and building solutions that focus on business value and technical excellence; helping K-C to adopt and implement digital solutions.

    They are passionate learners who keep up with evolving technologies and techniques and are willing to experiment with them to test what would work for the business.

    Specifically on digital technologies (API, AI/ML, Cognitive RPA and Unified Cloud)

    The EDG Contractual Staff has responsibility for the maintenance of the enterprise digital master data management platforms.

    The EDG Contractual Staff is responsible for collaborating with the Data Feature Engineer, Solution Architect, Kimberly-Clark's internal business and technology partners (both globally and regionally), and other stakeholders to ensure correct designs and implementations are in place to deliver timely and accurate master data to enterprise decision-making as well as operational processes.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Enact as a Digital technology leader to sustain calibrations, discussions , Tech solutions and design thinking to supplement overall design principles in KC

    2. Deliver as SME (tech +functional) to ensure that cross functional threads are owned and delivered.

    3. Build digital Business Technology platforms; designs solutions for an increasingly connected world

    4. Develops data solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative, seek opportunities for automation of tasks, and are consistent with organization objectives

    5. Work with the agile development team to help scope and design products for resiliency, redundancy, supportability, and scalability

    6. Ensure performance to system architecture, standards and best practices

    7. Explore SAP DQM, SAP MDG, AI/ML and Cognitive RPA opportunities to automate Data Quality, master data integration tasks.

    8. Design, implement and support the detailed master data components of all analytical (enterprise data warehouse/enterprise BI) as well as enterprise operational projects for master data domains, enterprise hierarchies, master data integration and data quality, etc.

    9. Collaborate with project teams and architects on all aspects of MDG architecture (MDG data model, SAP MDM, Master data tools, data integration, master data quality, MDM operations, master data security, etc.)

    10. Deliver per established methodologies for enterprise projects with an Master data component, such as technical requirements, design patterns, code reviews and testing procedures

    11. Present to change control boards for validated systems to implement development into production

    12. Regularly interact with leadership on project work status and priority setting.

    13. Transfer knowledge to support resources to ensure environment supportability, stability and sustainability.

    14. Work with source system, SME's and business teams to determine which source systems are the best sources (and targets where applicable) of Master Data for the MDM system.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    Education required/ preferred : Bachelor's degree in a related field

    Experience:

    8+ years experience of Information Technology experience

    4 to 8 year in in technical development roles on Master Data Management projects specifically in SAP MDG

    Experience developing solutions using SAP MDG designing, configuration of data model objects, data definition, workflow, BRF+, data replication framework including SOA and IDOC.

    - Knowledge in SAP MDM, Angular JS will be an added advantage

    Exposure and experience working with SAP S4 HANA template.

    - Experience with identifying, driving digital capabilities and opportunities in the master data, data quality space including API, Microservice, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA and persona-based UI/UX

    Experience working within ITS Projects and/or Programs

    Experience working on projects in the MDG (operational and analytical MDM) space

    Experienced with MDG architecture, deployment and support.

    - Global capability delivery experience

    Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges

    Proven experience in navigating complex organizations, creative problem solving, and rational experimentation

    Self starter and proactive in identifying and driving opportunities

    At ease in establishing senior-level working relationships and communications

    Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

    - Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
