Here's what we want you to be a pro at:

Writing copy that is on-brand, satisfies the client, and meets the creative standards we've set.

Adapt to different TOVs and work across different categories with equal enthu.

Collaborate with your teammates and build on each other's ideas. There is no art without copy, no copy without art.

Work harmoniously with account managers, producers, and other team members not directly involved in the creative input.

Every brief is going to be different and is going to give you a new opportunity to flex your skills and build on them. So be it writing a TVC script, website copy, print headlines, or OOH, we want you to approach each of these with equal vigour.

Make yourself heard in every meeting. Voice your opinions, share that idea hidden somewhere on page 78 of your notebook, and ask questions. Trust us, we love askholes.

Play manager, but also play work bestie. Give feedback honestly and kindly so your team grows with you.

Fight for the ideas your team believes in, but accept whatever the outcome is with grace and confidence.

Have your team's back, but don't forget to hold them accountable and guide them to make less of the same mistakes, more of new ones
