    We are sourcing for Key Account Lead for Minova Runaya to be based at Udaipur (Rajasthan).


    Minova Runaya combines the technical competences and global reach of the already established Minova with Runaya Metsource's project and manufacturing capabilities.

    The partnership brings new cutting-edge technology solutions for the mining and infrastructure industries across India.


    Minova Runaya manufactures and supplies a range of ground support products including rock bolts, resin capsules, injection chemicals, wire mesh and high-quality ventilation systems.

    These products enhance the safety standards for mining, infrastructure, and tunnelling applications in India, whilst leveraging Minova's technical expertise and innovative product solutions to increase project productivity

    Minova Runaya's facility in Bhilwara, Rajasthan caters to Indian and global markets. With first products in January 2021 we provide considerable direct and indirect employment.


    Role Description and Purpose :

    • Develop and maintain strategic longterm trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and longterm company objectives.
    • Partner the key client, research their wants and needs and suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants.

    Key Accountabilities :

    • Sales of the Ground Support products to new and existing civil segment.
    • Sustain and expand relationships with the key account and work closely with multiple business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships.
    • Daily (Frequent) visits to key account units for better customer engagement.
    • Conversion of quantities mentioned in Offtake Agreement into firm orders.
    • Follow up for payment of due amount.
    • Dispatch scheduling and phasing based upon projected requirement from various units.
    • Support in sustenance of programs such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
    • Create opportunities for new products.

    Metrics :

    • Growth in sales and Revenue.
    • Gross Profit Margin from the clients.
    • Operational Cash Flow.
    • Current Accounts Receivables on timely basis.
    • Introduction of new products.
