Job Description:

• Lead and manage energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any concerns or challenges.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and progress summaries.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy, power generation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of energy project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and commissioning phases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
