Our team requires an experienced admission counselor to facilitate overseas education opportunities for students. Key responsibilities include:

• Counseling students to explore their academic and career goals, and guiding them through the application process.
• Maintaining accurate student information in our CRM system from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Meeting monthly targets and maintaining a high conversion ratio of applications to enrollments.
• Coordinating with universities to ensure timely execution of student applications, and communicating regularly with students and parents about application status.
• Undertaking special projects as assigned by senior management.
• Maintaining professional relationships with students, internal staff, and educational institution representatives.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the application process, soliciting feedback, and using it to improve services.
