    Weare seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 3 to 6 years ofexperience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess astrong understanding of technical recruitment practices and have ademonstrated ability to source screen and hire toptier talentacross various technical domains. Additionally candidates shouldhave a good understanding of web application tools andtechnologies.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sourceand attract qualified candidates through various channels includingjob boards social media platforms networking events andreferrals.
    2. Review incoming resumesand applications to identify candidates with relevant skills andexperience in web applicationdevelopment.
    3. Conduct thoroughscreenings and interviews to assess candidate qualificationstechnical expertise and cultural fit with a specific focus on webapplication tools.
    4. Build andmaintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet currentand future hiring needs within the web developmentspace.
    5. Collaborate closely withhiring managers to understand technical requirements and developeffective recruitment strategies tailored to web applicationtools.
    6. Stay updated on industrytrends emerging technologies and market demand related to webdevelopment to inform recruitmentefforts.
    7. Coordinate interviewschedules technical assessments and provide timely feedback tocandidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.
    8. Manage candidaterelationships from initial contact through to onboarding ensuring apositive candidate experience.
    9. Workclosely with the HR team to ensure alignment on recruitment goalsand strategies.
    10. Assist innegotiation and closing of offers including compensation packagesand start dates forcandidates.

    Requirements


    Bachelors or Masters degree in HumanResources.

    1. Provenexperience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter with 3 to 6years of experience.
    2. Strongunderstanding of various technologies programming languagesframeworks and tools commonly used in web applicationdevelopment.
    3. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidateseffectively hiring managers and teammembers.
    4. Ability to multitaskprioritize workload and thrive in a dynamic and challengingenvironment.
    5. Familiarity withapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmentsoftware.
    6. A proactive andresultsdriven approach to recruitment with a focus on deliveringquality hires.
