    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to determine mortgage eligibility for clients.

    2. Analyze clients' financial documents, credit histories, and other pertinent information to recommend appropriate mortgage products.

    3. Educate clients on various mortgage options, terms, and conditions, offering personalized guidance based on their specific needs.

    4. Collaborate with lenders, banks, and financial institutions to secure competitive mortgage rates and terms for clients.

    5. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.

    6. Liaise with underwriters and loan officers to expedite the loan approval process and address any potential issues or concerns.

    7. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their mortgage applications and address inquiries or concerns.

    8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the mortgage process.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in any stream or Equivalent.

    2. Fluency in English is must, experience in calling in US will be preferred.

    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

    4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    7. Any experience/knowledge related US Mortgage will be a plus

    Experinec: Lead generation or client handling at least for 1 year

    Location: Thane

    Working days: 5 days ( Sat & Sun off)

    Shift Timing: 9pm to 6am (Night Shift)
