Location: Kalol, Gujarat.

Position Summary

· SAP PP-QM-SD Consultant

· Collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective SAP solutions.

Responsibility – Key Responsibility Areas

· Will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP PP and QM module to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency within the organization, will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and provide expert guidance on utilizing SAP PP and QM functionalities effectively. Your role will involve configuring SAP PP settings, troubleshooting issues, conducting user training, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

· Lead the implementation of SAP PP and QM module, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring system settings to align with business needs.

· Customize SAP PP functionalities such as Master Data, Production Orders, Work Centers, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, and Capacity Planning.

· Work on integrating SAP PP module with other SAP modules like Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD).

· Collaborate with ABAP developers for any required customizations or enhancements.

· Provide training to end-users on SAP PP functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of the system

· Offer ongoing support to resolve user issues, troubleshoot system errors, and address technical concerns related to SAP PP and QM Module

Documentation and Reporting :

· Document SAP PP configuration, processes, and system changes for future reference and audit purposes.

· Generate reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools to monitor production performance, resource utilization, and key metrics

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certification is a plus
• Proven experience of more than 7-8 years working as a SAP PP Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP PP, SAP QM implementation, configuration, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP and SAP QM module functionalities, including Master Data management, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate SAP PP solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation, capable of troubleshooting technical issues and recommending solutions
