    Description

    Job summary:

    We are looking for a Training professional from Learning & Development and Technical Training background with 2 to 3 years of experience in executing and monitoring end-to-end training programmes. The position requires knowledge of executing trainings for North America region an also demands working in US/UK time zones when required.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Program Execution

    Invite signups/nominations and confirm participation.

    Manage training programs using MS Teams, zoom etc.

    Capture attendance and feedback for the training programs and evaluate patterns.

    Analyze and Create learning reports to be shared with the Leadership teams.

    Ready to work in US shifts as and when needed.

    Logistics

    Book calendars well in advance for the training programs

    Work with Admin team to ensure external training partners are onboarded smoothly.

    Ensure seamless program implementation to achieve timelines.
