    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our OPF Business Analyst Team (Payment Domain).

    About the Team

    The FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF) is a set of reusable and extensible components, frameworks, and technical services which can be assembled in different configurations to build a personalized Payment Processing System.

    What You Bring

    • 7+ years of Banking/Payment Industry Experience as Business Analyst
    • End-to-end implementation experience of IT solutions in Functional areas like SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems, Reconciliation and Investigations
    • Hands-on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs
    • Excellent understanding of organization's business systems and industry requirements
    • Basics knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
    • Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation
    • Diamonds and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams
    • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
    • Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts
    • Collects data to identify root cause of problems
