- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with aggregate of 60% through out the career
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
