    Kruti Retail Ventures LLP, also known as Kruti Coffee, is a social enterprise that was established in 2013 with the aim of impacting coffee growers in Koraput, Odisha. We work with organic and tribal coffee growers to make coffee production sustainable and support local livelihoods. In addition, we have a retail chain of coffee houses in India that serve magical coffee drinks made from Arabica coffee grown in Koraput.

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a AGM - Finance & Accounts to Head and to oversee the financial operations of Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As the Finance Head, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities, developing financial strategies, and ensuring financial health and compliance. This is a senior-level position with executive responsibilities.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with aggregate of 60% through out the career
    • Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
    • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
    • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis
    • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools
    • Working experience in Zoho Books will be a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the financial operations of Kruti Retail Ventures LLP
    • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
    • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the management team
    • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
    • Manage financial risks and identify opportunities for cost savings
    • Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders
    • Supervise and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform financial strategies and decision-making
