    Overall + years of architecture and design experience with a strong engineering backgroundThe ServiceNow Architect plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs and IT service management requirements of the organization.

    This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITSM processes, and best practices in order to architect and deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

    Responsibilities

    :

    Solution Design:

    Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

    Technical Leadership:

    Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of ServiceNow developers.

    Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the organization's ServiceNow environment remains innovative and effective.

    Customization and Development:

    Lead the design and development of custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with organizational coding standards.

    Platform Optimization:

    Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of existing ServiceNow implementations. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to address issues and enhance overall system efficiency.

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams, to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions.

    Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

    Documentation:

    Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures
    Experience:

    Minimum of years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

    Certifications:

    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and other relevant certifications are highly desirable
    Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and ServiceNow APIs. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
