    Key Responsibilities:

    Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for the ecommerce platform.

    Identify new market opportunities and trends to expand the business.

    Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple ecommerce marketplace.

    Manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches to maximize sales.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing: Drive organic traffic through SEO optimization.

    Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging online store.

    Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key ecommerce metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, ROI, AOV).

    Generate insights from data to inform decision-making and continuously improve performance.

    Budget Management: Allocate and track marketing budgets across ecommerce platforms to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.

    Qualifications:

    • Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with a proven record of success.
    • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart etc)
    • Expertise in ecommerce marketing tools such as Jungle Scout.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and influencer Marketing.
    • Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty programs.
    • Knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies.
    • Experience in managing and growing online marketplaces like Amazon.
