    About the Role

    As a CNC Maintenance Engineer specializing in Electrical and Mechanical fields, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high efficiency and reliability of our CNC machinery, including Tc, HMC, VMC, and VTL machines. This position demands a high level of expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical components as well as electrical systems like ladder diagrams and hydraulic power packs.


    RequirementsKey Responsibilities

    • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal operation.
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in CNC machines, including ball screw, hydraulic power pack, and spindle service.
    • Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Independently handle maintenance tasks for Tc, HMC, VMC, and VTL machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Collaborate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and schedule maintenance activities without hampering production schedules.
    • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and service intervals.
    • Adhere to safety standards and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.

    Essential Qualifications

    • Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    • Minimum 2 years of total work experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of CNC machinery.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
