- Identifying opportunities for platformenhancement and efficiencyimprovements
- A Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a related field(preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA) certification is highlydesirable
- Proven experience as a ServiceNowAdministrator or in a similar role
- Strongtechnical knowledge of ServiceNow modules applications andscripting languages (JavaScript AngularJSetc.)
- Excellent problemsolving skills and acustomerfocused approach
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to effectively interact with bothtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Abilityto work collaboratively in a team and independently whennecessary
- Experience with ITIL processes andmethodologies is aplus
