    Role andResponsibilities:
    As a ServiceNowAdministrator at Ocean Flex International Pvt Ltd you will be avital member of our team responsible for the proficientadministration configuration support and development of ourServiceNow platform. Your role willinvolve:
    • Configuring and maintainingServiceNow modules applications and workflows to meet businessrequirements
    • Managing users groups and rolesensuring appropriate access controls andpermissions
    • Performing regular platform updatespatching and system maintenance
    • Collaboratingwith various teams and stakeholders to understand theirrequirements and provide effectivesolutions
    • Offering prompt and efficienttechnical support to resolve issues and answer inquiries related tothe ServiceNow platform
    • Ensuring a high levelof customer satisfaction through clear communication and problemresolution
    • Designing and developing ServiceNowsolutions custom applications and scripts to enhance platformfunctionality
    • Identifying bottlenecks anddeveloping optimizations & customizations based onneeds
    • Creating and maintaining ServiceNowreports dashboards and performance analytics to monitor systemperformance and key performanceindicators
    • Innovating and developing newsolutions to meet evolving businessneeds
    • Documenting ServiceNow configurationsprocesses and procedures for knowledge sharing and futurereference
    • Providing training and guidance toendusers and colleagues on how to effectively use the ServiceNowplatform
    • Working with other IT team members todrive the best adoptions and use of the ServiceNowplatform
    • Staying uptodate with industry bestpractices emerging technologies and ServiceNowupdates
    • Identifying opportunities for platformenhancement and efficiencyimprovements
    CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate willpossess:
    • A Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a related field(preferred)
    • ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA) certification is highlydesirable
    • Proven experience as a ServiceNowAdministrator or in a similar role
    • Strongtechnical knowledge of ServiceNow modules applications andscripting languages (JavaScript AngularJSetc.)
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and acustomerfocused approach
    • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to effectively interact with bothtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders
    • Abilityto work collaboratively in a team and independently whennecessary
    • Experience with ITIL processes andmethodologies is aplus
