    About the position

    You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions, evaluating candidate qualifications, and conducting interviews to ensure that the organisation is hiring the best possible talent. You will also be responsible for developing a network of potential candidates, building relationships with candidates, and communicating with hiring managers on staffing needs.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Sourcing candidates including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral programmes, job board postings and contingent search firms.
    • Defining required skill set and screening criteria for the open positions with the individual
    • Reviewing and processing CVs according to the defined criteria and coordinate screening with the relevant team.
    • Working together with different departments and responsible for scheduling interviews for all interviewing rounds, communicating with those relevant to the process.
    • Coordinating feedback and offer process, ensuring evaluation and hiring guidelines are followed.
    • Working with Talent Management, Training and Operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff.
    • Maintaining/updating recruiting cycle and required databases to ensure accuracy of the information for firm use.
    • Assisting with other areas of recruitment projects as required.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition role.
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
    • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
    • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
