JobProfile:Work on a wide rangeof projects and media using various software programs to visualizeand develop innovative graphic designs that meet businessgoalsObtain input from managers to ensurethat designs meet organizational standards and brand expectationsexpress ideas accurately and represent the company or clientappropriatelyWork independently as well ascooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines stay withinbudget and schedule project implementation based on workload whichmay include five or more simultaneousprojectsExamine existing processes identifyflaws and create solutions that improve designcapabilitiesUpdate and maintain internaldatabases for designs photography andvideoCollaborate brainstorm and strategizewith multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials thatmay include web pages presentations programming collateral signageinternal communications newsletters and marketingmaterialsTranslate strategic direction intohighquality design within an established brandidentityDevelop concepts by hand or withsoftware and execute original content by determining the idealusage of color text font style imagery andlayoutManage the design and uploadingprocess for all project materials based on best practices for usinga content management systemUse trendintelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets whendesigning and executing specificclassifications

Requirements3years of experience in professional graphic design preferably witha creative or marketing agencyExperiencewith design software including Illustrator InDesign PhotoshopDreamweaverBachelor s degree (or equivalent)in graphic design art or relateddisciplineKnowledge of Canva Photoshop andcontent management systemsExceptionalcreativity and innovative designskillsExcellent communication andpresentation skillsOrganizational andtimemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fastpacedenvironmentDesire to continue building skillset with education and training
