    Description

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    The Senior Team Leader is responsible for several areas that are key to

    success for the Company, an outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare

    industry. In this role you are someone who is responsible for monitoring

    assigning performance, taking action when necessary. You are

    responsible for identifying issues and alerting the appropriate parties before

    these issues are identified by the Account Managers / client. Your job is to

    enhance and expand the capacity of your Team Leader, allowing the company to

    expand the scope of its teams to include a much larger client base. A deep

    and thorough understanding of the entire process followed by the company

    production workers in all shifts is a must. Duties include overall

    responsibility for increasing the collection. In addition, you are responsible

    for several other key quality assurance measures including monitoring the

    billing and cash work flow by reviewing AR production along with the Team

    Leaders of Day and Night. Finally, you will have some responsibility in client

    management and communication as well as escalating communications to

    the Senior Account Manager whenever necessary.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    Deep and thorough understanding of Company production policies and

    procedures.

    Advanced DME industry and DME billing knowledge and experience.

    Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

    Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to juggle multiple

    responsibilities.

    Professional presentation skills and confidence when speaking.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze issues and identify potential

    liabilities.

    Strong leadership skills to promote personal and professional development and teamwork.

    Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and management.

    Consistent demonstration of a professional, positive attitude.

    A strong, working understanding of computers and an ability to self-troubleshoot simple issues
