    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and cultivate business opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
    2. Lead the bidding process for website-related projects, from initial proposal to contract negotiation and closing.
    3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their objectives.
    4. Collaborate with the technical team to craft compelling proposals and project plans tailored to client requirements.
    5. Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase our capabilities and offerings.
    6. Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
    8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the digital services industry.
    2. Strong proficiency in bidding on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc., with a demonstrated ability to win projects and generate revenue.
    3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build rapport with clients.
    4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    5. Prior experience in the web development or digital marketing space is highly desirable.
    6. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    7. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    8. Familiarity with WordPress, web technologies, and digital trends is a plus.
