Quality Education Program Lead

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of quality education programs across the state of Jharkhand. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of national and state-level education policies, as well as experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex program operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute annual work plans, oversee the development and execution of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, and ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality programmatic and financial reports to government counterparts and stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role is building relationships with government officials, donors, NGOs, and other partners to ensure alignment of project activities with government priorities and donor commitments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing budget, procurement, and payments strictly in accordance with organization policies, processes, and compliances.

In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale education programs. They will also have demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex program operations, as well as proven ability to work with government bodies and influence policy and practice in the education sector.
