    Description
    Plant Finance Head - well known conglomerate group

    Location:
    Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu

    Qualification:
    CA (Chartered Accountant)

    An ideal candidate will have experience of 8+ years in Manufacturing Plant Finance role. Must have knowledge of Accounting systems, Accounting Standards, MAP circulars and SOPs. Expert Knowledge / experience of working in SAP/ERP environment. Experiences in any products/consumer durable industry will be an added advantage.


    ResponsibilitiesOverall Plant Finance AccountingProject / Capex Budget monitoringCapex accounting as per relevant accounting standardsMulti-Product costing review and variance analysis in ERP environmentProduction BOM review with CFT team and Cost impact analysisOverhead Cost review and analysisBudgeting, MIS reporting,Make vs Buy analysisVendor negotiation along with CFT for Sourcing including associated controlsAccounts Payable, Cashflow monitoring, GST & periodic Vendor recoFinancial reporting, monthly closing, GL scrutiny and ageing analysis.

    Review and monitoring of SOPs, Continuous Process Improvements including DigitizationReview of statutory and labour compliance at Manufacturing plantsInternal audit & Statutory audit coordination (preferably dealt with Big 5 auditors)Operating knowledge in ERP (SAP is Preferred), MS Excel, MS Power point.

    Qualifications

    Chartered Accountant (CA)8+ years of experience in leading plant finance & accounts function
