Key Responsibilities:
· Creative Direction: Set the visual and creative direction for social media content, ensuring
that it aligns with the brand's identity and messaging strategy.
· Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators, designers, photographers, and other
team members to develop visual assets, including images, graphics, videos, and animations, for
social media platforms.
· Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas for social media
/ digital marketing campaigns and posts that resonate with the target audience.
· Visual Identity: Ensure that all social media content maintains a consistent and unified visual
identity and adheres to brand guidelines.
· Design Standards: Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines for social media
content, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel.
· Community Engagement: Monitor social media engagement and interact with the audience,
leveraging design to foster positive connections with followers.
· Content Calendar: Collaborate with content planners and managers to create and manage a
content calendar that aligns with marketing and business objectives.
· Analytics and Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and user engagement data to

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

media content and leadership experience.
· Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or
others relevant to the design field.
