- End to end knowledge of OTC, in depth knowledge of cash application/account receivable process
- Apply cash to customer accounts based on customer remittance advice in an accurate and timely manner, redirecting incorrect payments as appropriate
- Daily Unapplied cash reporting for team, Weekly/Monthly Unapplied cash reporting for management
- Daily Bank to GL reconciliation/month end reconciliation for period close (multiple banks and accounts)
- Understanding of OTC cycle and Billing exposure.
- Complete reconciliations of unmatched payments to ensure proper and timely application
- Ensure we have less Unapplied/Unidentified payments
- Daily cash forecast reported to upper management (multiple banks and accounts)
- Assist collector in doing complex customer account reconciliations
- Additional Reporting as needed
- Responsible for month-end closing activity related to Accounts Receivable
- Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
- 4+ years of experience in Cash Application Analyst or similar role,
- Bachelor/master's in commerce
- End to End knowledge of OTC/Account Receivable
- Proven ability to work independently with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with targets, Patience, and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Solid communication skills, able to prioritize and open to be flexible
- Knowledge of various collections techniques and tools (SAP, Baan, Iscala, Pronto, Master Mind)
- Flexible to work in any shift timing
