    Job Position: Sr Implementer Retail Business Operations

    Office Timing: 10:30 pm to 7 pm

    Working Days: Monday to Saturday

    Travelling Required: Yes, within the city (allowances will be given)

    Job Requirement:

    An Implementer is responsible for coming up with and implementing the necessary

    changes for the department or organization to realign with the right objectives and

    priorities. Understanding the Gap in any process or organization and do change and

    development accordingly.

    Evaluate Existing Business Process of clients

    Update Department Procedures and Policies.

    Must be able to propel work at client place.

    Understanding need of organization and taking need of actions.

    Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.

    Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.

    Must be able to implement work and also make it executive at ground level also.

    Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arises

    Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects.

    Planning meeting and agenda on weekly bases for each client meeting.

    Implementer will visit clients business at regular intervals and implement the defined SOW within timelines.

    Responsible for doing research and understanding the industry, competitive analysis, and various distribution models for the client.

    Implementer is responsible for understanding, finalizing and documenting SOW of the client in sync with implementer and SME Subject Matter Experts.

    Responsible for the execution of agreement along with finalized sow with the help of a legal team.

    Responsible for finalizing, yearly sales strategy and budgets of a

    Responsible for identifying resources required to implement the SOW at clients place and getting it arranged through the client, at his/her place.

    Responsible for preparing, submitting and implementing a monthly plan, at clients place through clients team within defined TATs

    Responsible for organizing overall clients business and giving it a professional outlook within 60 days.

    Responsible for taking appropriate decisions for clients business, whenever required, with the help of Implementer and SME.

    Solving challenges/problems/ bottlenecks/gaps at clients place with the help of implementer and SME.

    Must Have Excellent Communication ski

    Required Skills:

    Must Have Excellent Communication skill.

    Good Problem-Solving Skill.

    Must be aware of organizational structure

    Documentation, Knowledge of SOP standard operating procedures

    Able to drive sales at clients place through follow up.

    Flexible for travelling

    Retail Industry experience is preferred

    Qualification:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor degree
    • Fluent in English Communication
