    RoleScope:
    Sales Associates primaryresponsibility is selling of highend hair care & Nail careproducts in the Salon professional channel.

    The role primarilyinvolves delivery of sales numbers through planning &execution of trade plans & technical selling of theproducts to thesalons.


    MajorResponsibilities:
    Visiting salon daily asper coverage plan. Planning of educationtraining in salon to build the market.
    Delivering sales targets Relationshipmanagement with the existing salons/ clients and with distributorfor managing relevant claims Identificationand conversion of new accounts / clients into WellaSalons Share secondary sales reports ontimely basis Plan & execute tradeinitiatives in the territory and salon visuals beat plansetc Customer issues or objectionhandling

    Skills:
    Basic analytical skills Excellentcommunication skills verbal &written Planning & followingthrough Negotiationskills CustomerOrientation Basic MS Excelskills

    Experience:
    Minimum 1 3 years of Sales experience.
    Minimum 3 5 years experience forBDE.

    EducationQualification:
    Minimum bachelor s degreelevel from any recognized University in IndiawithMinimum 1 year experience.
    MBA fresher s alsopreferred.
