    We are looking forward to having on board Key Account Manager - Strategic to join our team in India. She/he will be responsible for driving growth, fostering client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives with the Key Account.

    The role demands a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership acumen as well as exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all internal and external organizational levels.

    Responsibilities - How you make an impact :

    Strategy and Business Management - Create Account Business Plan detailing 3-5 years Key Account strategy based on the strategic goals of the Key Customer and market knowledge with the relevant organizations keeping in mind industry trends and competitive landscapes

    • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop CXO level connect and establish strong connect among relevant stakeholders of customer. Create effective executive coverage to enable timely collection of receivables


    • Demand Generation

    • Geographical and vertical customer mapping.
    • Derive potential in alignment with BUs; Develop new market by widening scope using valueselling approach. Maximize share of wallet and profitability for the Key Account
    • Converting Opportunity to Win
    • Early capex planning engagement with favorable specs, connecting sales to key decision makers of customer organization, bringing uniformity in offerings when multiple BUs are involved
    • Look for technology partnerships and opportunities for cross selling and digitalization leveraging and developing use/reference cases for the Key Account.
