Deputy Manager- Talent Management & Talent Development

To implement effective methods to identify, develop, engage and retain talent pool for business units. Assess, develop, implement, and address talent development needs to improve performance and promote healthy organization's culture & maximise the potential of those working within an organisation

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Talent management/development functions.
2. Latest trends in talent management & development. Knowledge of talent management core concepts.
3. Talent development initiatives like training initiatives for middle & senior management.
4. Advance proficiency level in data analysis & interpretation, MS office, project management skills, training facilitation skills.
5. Ensures alignment with strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards in instructional design and development for all methods of program delivery.

5. Attrition Analysis

Eligibility-

1. Experience Range- 8-12 Years
2. Qualification- MBA or Above
