Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Employer: A leading multinational IT services company in Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

MBA or Equivalent Master's Degree from Tier II B-Schools

2 to 5 years of experience in IT, Operations, and Finance

Candidates with an Engineering background preferred (but not mandatory)

Exposure to project and program management functions

Understanding of SQL / PL-SQL

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage mid/large projects, develop realistic project estimates, plans, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams.

Understand products, internal tools, and processes to drive automation and increase work efficiency.

Utilize data and scientific management techniques to provide solutions for various business needs.

Analyze processes to improve throughput, quality, and operations, including mapping and implementing efficient processes.

Prepare metrics and scorecards for evaluations and comparisons, such as vendor performance, user response analysis, and quality measurement.

Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, price per quantity, and resource costing for various activities.

Manage projects, including planning, coordination, effort estimation, reporting, and execution, while integrating with different teams.

Leverage multiple teams/products for data enhancement and lead special pilot projects related to business, providing actionable recommendations.
