      • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Service Cloud implementations.
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Service Cloud solution, including design documents, code documentation, and deployment procedures.
    • Mentorship, Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing:
      • Provide mentorship to junior developers and share knowledge with the broader team.
      • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
      • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects.
      • Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients.
      • Design key technical components of steady-state, production cloud environments for large and complex customers.
      • Delegate, guide, and follow-up with other Horizontal resources to implement solutions as needed.
      • Review and approve all code implemented in an assigned customer's organization.
      • Define and establish maintenance and administration processes and drive continuous improvement through them.
      • Identify areas of improvement in customer organizations.
      • Responsible for proactive and real-time technical advisory services.
    • Certifications:
      • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
