We are currently looking for a Director-Digital Spoc to join us. You should be proficient in creating integrated media solutions and manage multiple brands. We are currently looking for a Director - Digital Spoc to join us. You should be proficient in creating integrated media solutions and managing multiple brands. You will also be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team and processes.

    Reporting of the role

    This role reports to the Principal Partner – Digital

    Help some of the largest brands build their digital media presence and drive Mindshare's digital narrative within the client ecosystem.

    Measures of success –

    In three months, you would have:

    Built relationships with your brand stakeholders

    You will be mapping new digital opportunities for the client

    In six months, you would have:

    Built path breaking digital strategies to address the brand's marketing objectives

    Pushed innovative concepts to drive the first-to-market and ahead of the curve imagery for Mindshare within the client ecosystem

    In 12 months, you would have:

    Delivered a comprehensive digital roadmap for your set of brands

    Landed Mindshare's relevant digital solutions for your set of brands

    Won the client's confidence on best-in-class and ahead-of-market digtal

    Responsibilities of the role:

    Hands on digital media strategy, planning

    Client servicing and manage day to day client relationship to meet their digital requirements

    Develop media strategy backed by insights and data

    Liaison with the digital COE, Content and Performance specialists to create full funnel digital solutions and narratives

    Proactively identify new opportunities and pitch innovative ideas

    What you will need:

    Minimum 6 years in media/communications strategy & Digital

    Experience in handling large size digital clients across categories

    MBA preferred
