- Exposure to on -boarding and client lifecycle management in an Investment Banking with 5 - 8 years of experience.
<\/li> - Proven experience with customer reference data, data modelling, data analysis, data migration and interface design.
<\/li> - Knowledge of agile Kanban and Scrum methodology with ability to thin slice stories to align with Sprint cycles.
<\/li> - Good understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution
<\/li> - Experience of working with digital requirements gathering and digital journey mapping. Able to articulate how these requirements are elaborated and validated
<\/li> - Able to demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes
<\/li> - Strong understanding of digital UX and interaction design
<\/li> - Appreciation of API services and ability to interpret XML and JSON files.
