Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consult to determine Architectural preferences to meet overall design goals and to determine functional & spatial requirements.
• Develop design from conceptualization through DD and CD stage
• Create and modify design using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup.
• Recommend adaptations & Modifications to complete working drawing sets.
• Project Coordination with Team & Clients
• Ensure the integrity/ quality of the models
• Prepare Project Reports & Documents
• Design across conceptual, schematic, design, development, and construction phases.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.
• Knowledge of Lumion Rendering.
• Should be perfect in design Interpretation, Evolve design from concept to execution stage
• International Exposure: Middle East, India, APAC & NOAM
• Experienced in Design & Execution of Airports/Commercial/ Retail Real estate projects preferred.
