JobDescription:

• 5years hands on experience with Linux(Debian Ubuntu RedHat CentOS) installation scripting (BASH Python)automating (Ansible puppet etc.) configuration and setup using thecommand line.
• 3years hands on experience with Linuxnetworking using command line (DHCP static default routes DNSmultiple network interfaces including WiFi ethernet andcellular).
• 3 yearshands on experience with virtualizationtechnologies (VirtualBox Xen ProjectVMWare) including image generation andautomation(Packeretc.).
• Primarilyresponsible for troubleshooting Linux issues and incidentresolution.
• Softwareand hardware knowledge ofComputing.
• Experiencein troubleshooting in a technicalenvironment.
• Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
• Excellentknowledge on Microsoft Tools Operatingsystems Virtualization andNetworking.
• Ensurehealth and deployment of the Servers &devices.
• Capable ofanalysing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement breakfixes as per defined SLAs andSOPs.
• Resolvetechnical issues by implementing break fix.
• Participates as ateam member and fosters teamwork by intergroup coordination withinthe modules of theproject.
• Maintain safeefficient and reliable product and service delivery toClient.
• Identifyopportunities to improve servicedelivery.
• Implement SWand manage risk during servicedelivery.
• Ensureremote deployment of the edgedevice.
• RemotelyStart/Stop and reboot the edge gateway according to operatinginstructions.
• Configurerules to send alert and/or notifications to protect the edgeperformance.
• Developand manage outage schedules and Application /Softwareupdate/deployment.
• Interactwith customers on issues related to edge performance andreliability.
• Recordinformation such as fault time fault code and operational actionstaken while onshift.
• Ensuresystematic usage of standard work and risk management throughoutthe service deliveryprocess.
• Participatein job risk analysis and continual improvementprograms.
• Superviseand interact with supplier asneeded.
• Developstandards policies and procedures to continually improve theinfrastructure solutions and services that Edge Teamdelivers.
