    We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with less than 1 year of experience to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our institute and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our students and visitors. This is a full-time position located in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and offers a competitive salary package.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and admission requirements
    • Assist students with registration, enrollment, and payments
    • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
    • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
    • Resolve student complaints or refer them to the appropriate personnel
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Contribute to the overall success of the institute by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights
