    Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve growth
    • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
    • Provide guidance and support to sales agents in handling complex transactions
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies
    • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends
    • Conduct training sessions for sales agents to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards

    Requirements:

    • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards
    • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
    • Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing sales team towards achieving revenue targets
    • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends, legal regulations, and best practices
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Certification in Real Estate Sales or Brokerage is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 3+ years' of sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
