- Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Certification in Real Estate Sales or Brokerage is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
