ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONAL-JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Minimum 3-6 yrs of Experience in Accounting.
• Educational background must be -CA-(INTER/PE-II/IPCC)/CMA-INTER.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles with Core Accounting knowledge, including Book Keeping, Customer Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations, A/R, A/P. Depreciation, Amortization / Prepaid with Monthly Closings with strict timelines
• Support in internal controls from finance prospective
• Should prepare Provisional Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Other financial reports periodically.
• ERP Accounting Software knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks
• Should maintain good liaison with Banks, Statutory Auditor, Company Secretary and other consultants to getting work done in timely manner.
• Sound knowledge of Compliances: GST Returns, TDS, ROC, Provident Fund, PT, TDS Returns, Advance Tax, Employee Taxes, Form-16
• Monthly payroll handling with complete control, able to handle employees' requirements, like issuance of Payslips, Form-16, Tax Computation thru Payroll Software.
• Must have Microsoft Excel skills with Pivots, Formulas, Analysis.
• Preparation of monthly or periodic and MIS Reports. Ad-hoc reports
• Assist in Budgeting, Forecasting with variance analysis
• Must have strong communication skills, written and oral
• Must be a continuous learner, to be familiar with the regular updates related to profession to enhance the skills. Should be a Team Player, Time Management skills.
• Able to support to Senior management on need basis.
• Should provide technical advice to the TOP Management, related to working capital provisioning,budget forecasting, invoicing analysis, expenditure controlling, investments profitability comparisons etc.
