    Senior Sales Executive JD

    Responsibility:


    • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.


    • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations


    • Outline and manage sales budgets


    • Set quarterly and annual sales goals


    • Build a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance


    • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals


    • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders


    • Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals


    • Working on detailed sales forecasting


    • Helping on Recruiting process (working close with HR Dept. on Hiring salespersons)


    • Working with sales pipeline and open more lead sources.


    • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction


    • Prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience.

    Requirements and skills


    • Proven work experience on Senior sales executives or similar role.


    • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques


    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills


    • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills


    • Budget negotiation and collaboration strategies
