    This is a remote position.


    About Vajro: We are on a mission to empower businesses to succeed in the mobile-first world by helping them create their own native mobile applications to increase engagement. Vajro is a cloud-based Mobile Commerce Platform that lets companies create mobile shopping apps for their stores. Our core product is a no-code Mobile App Builder. Brands can use Vajro to build stunning, exquisitely crafted, and native Android and iOS apps in under 60 minutes, without any coding.

    The Opportunity: As Vajro's Product and Growth Marketing Lead you will develop and execute the growth strategy of a product-first SaaS company that serves more than 5,000 ecommerce brands and millions of end-users (monthly). Your desire to contribute to our "move the needle" mentality will be rewarded with a direct impact on the organization's success. Through self-initiated cross-collaboration and fast decision-making processes, you will lead from the front and help to shape the future of mobile commerce.

    Requirements


    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Growth and/or Product Marketing.

    • Extensive experience in experimentation and data analysis.

    • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.

    • Strong understanding of Product Marketing content creation distribution.

    • Experience in working with CRM tools.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in working in a SaaS environment.

    • Strong project management and operational skills.

    • Fluent in English, verbally and written - a must.

    • Experience in ecommerce - an advantage.



    Responsibilities:
    • Development and hands-on execution of Vajro's growth strategy.

    • Lead execution of Vajro's product marketing strategy.

    • Run A/B tests, growth experiments and data analysis.

    • Systematic creation of product marketing materials (articles and videos).

    • Leading 1 direct reportee.

    • Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Product & Growth Marketing.
