    About the role:

    As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-notch IT professionals for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in US Technical recruitment and should be comfortable working in US shifts to align with our clients' time zones.

    What You Will Do

    1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various IT positions in the US market, including Software Developers, Systems Analysts, Database Administrators, etc.
    2. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
    4. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each position.
    6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    7. Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates.
    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    What You Will Need

    1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in US Technical recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
    2. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies in the US market.
    3. Familiarity with various sourcing methods and techniques.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
    5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.
    6. Flexibility to work in US shifts to accommodate the time zone differences with US clients.
    7. Proactive and result-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
    8. Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing environments
    9. Persistence in your actions and mindset towards achieving results
    10. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
