    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BXI - Barter Exchange of India. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B community and expanding our member base. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The position is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
    • Proven track record of successful new client acquisition and revenue generation
    • Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales strategies and tactics
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
    • Experience in lead generation and corporate sales
    • Familiarity with C-suite selling and ability to engage with high-level executives

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new members for our B2B community
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
    • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote BXI
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of joining our community
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum value for both BXI and our members
    • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to identify new business opportunities
    • Contribute to the overall growth and success of BXI by sharing innovative ideas and best practices
