    Job Description:

    The Account Manager position is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the region. The account manager needs to identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by engendering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV (including security, cabling, Audio Visual system) expertise to fulfill a specific client's needs.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Proactively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets.
    • Generate and identify sales leads.
    • Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.
    • Prepare quotations and preliminary system design.
    • Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share.
    • Enhance CONVERGINT brand name and image through sales and marketing channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide a client consultation.
    • Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on solution-based sales experience.
    • Proven track record of sales achievements in previous experience.
    • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability.
    • Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
    • Strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills are required.
    • Demonstrated influencing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and interact with the sales team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong financial analytical skills.
    • Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
