    Our distribution companys leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales department.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.

    strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

    Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.

    Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

    Skills and qualifications:

    Education: Graduation (preferable)

    Experience: 2 Years of Sales and Marketing - BFSI
