Fix FFmpeg Video Merging in FlutterFlow

I am building a TikTok-style "Reaction/Duet" feature in FlutterFlow using a Custom Widget. I need a Flutter expert to fix the video merging logic and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
Record a front-camera reaction and overlay it (Picture-in-Picture) onto a main video URL then save/upload the merged result.
The app needs robust fallback for Web/Browser testing since FFmpeg doesn't work in browser.
