    • The connector extraordinaire: Building and nurturing relationships with universities, colleges, training providers, and other relevant L&D players will be your bread and butter. You'll identify and capitalize on mutually beneficial partnerships that elevate ThinkHumble's reach and impactThe go-getter with a silver tongue: Your persuasive communication skills and ability to craft compelling value propositions will win over hearts and minds. You'll convince partners of the transformative power of ThinkHumble and secure win-win collaborations.The strategist with a map and a compass: You'll analyze market trends, understand L&D challenges, and proactively identify partnership opportunities that align with our strategic goals. Think outside the box and uncover hidden gems.The relationship cultivator: Building trust and fostering long-term partnerships is key. You'll nurture existing relationships, proactively address concerns, and become a trusted advisor to our partners.The data whiz and deal closer: You'll track KPIs, analyse partnership performance, and craft compelling reports. Your data-driven approach will optimize partnerships and ensure we hit our ambitious goals.
    Who you are:
    • A person with MBA from a reputed college and IIM is not mandatory. A dynamic and resourceful professional with 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, preferably within the education or L&D sector.A proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that deliver tangible results.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect with diverse stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to strategy and performance.An organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a relentless drive to exceed expectations
