- University degree in Instructional Design, Content Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- 6+ years of proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- 3+ years of proven working experience in training content development or instructional design
- Excellent written skills in English
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a major plus.
- Strong Research and analytical skills
- Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- High-functioning initiative-taker with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation and pay diligence.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
