    We are working with a leading multinationaltechnology BPO business. Together were looking for a GermanspeakingSocial Media Agent for their office in Lisbon. The employee wouldjoin a team that works with social management of a major videostreaming platform.Location: LisbonPortugalEmployment type:FulltimeRemuneration: Base salarybonusesDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Communicatewith social media commenters
    • Support clientsqueries pertaining to channel management and performance channelanalytics and any technical issues in a friendly and accuratemanner
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provideprofessional customer support
    • Be an IncredibleCommunicator: Able to interpret sentiment of the partner andaddress partner requests/concerns in a timely manner with anaptitude for building strong clientrelationships
    • Focus on delivering on keyresults like customer satisfaction first time resolution efficiencyand quality metrics
    • Handle customer complaintsprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timelimits and follow
    • Identify when the issueshould be reassigned to another department or more seniorrepresentative
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Professionallyfluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at leastB2 level)
    • At least 2 years BA/BS degree orequivalent with a good academic record
    • At least12 months of direct customer service experience required preferablyin
    • contact centers
    • At least1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Mediamanagement role (Community Content & Social MediaManagement) for a client
    • An enthusiasm forSocial Media technology
    • Interest/workingknowledge in online media video streaming platforms platforms suchas Reddit X (old Twitter)
    • Critical thinking andstrong problemsolving skills able to investigate and followupappropriately or make judgments and escalate whennecessary
    • Excellent writing and verbalcommunication skills to simplify technical language fornontechnical users
    • Resourceful and empatheticpersonality
