We are looking for a Senior BackendEngineer who can help in growing its Cloud GTM SaaS solution. Theideal candidateshould have a proven trackrecord of building and leading a B2B SaaS product during its phaseof rapid growth.Highownership figuringthings out on their own deep product sense building enterprisegrade SaaS product and leading missingdriventeam are some of the critical requirements for thisrole.
Designimplement and maintain scalable and robust backend services APIsand databases Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams(frontend engineers product managers and designers) tounderstandproduct requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications Provide technical leadership and mentorship to thebackend engineering team Lead and contribute to architecturaldecisions ensuring scalability performance and maintainabilityEnforce coding standards and best practices through code reviewsand continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the evolutionand optimization of the overall system architecture Identify andaddress performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and databasequeries for speed and efficiency Investigate and resolve backendissues ensuring stability security and reliability of our systemsContribute to product implementations and support by workingclosely with implementations and customer successPoCs.
Bachelorsor higher degree in Computer Science Proven experience as a seniorbackend engineer preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environmentProficient in Python for backend development Familiarity with AWSAzure and GCP ecosystems Experience in leading and mentoringmission driven product engineering teams Excellent communicationand collaboration skills to work effectively within a teamFamiliarity with Django will be a pluS Experience in buildingenterprisegrade B2B SaaS products will be aplus.
